Maison (meaning House in French) exemplifies the true meaning behind our patisserie. Rafi’s house is your house and everybody is welcome. We pride ourselves in using the best quality ingredients and understand that consistency is of utmost importance. We strive to add sweetness to your life and our philosophy towards our production is: “If it’s something we wouldn’t enjoy eating elsewhere, we would definitely not serve it to you.” That is our promise to you as a valued customer and member of our family.
Our Chef
Chef Rafi’s attention to detail and exemplary work ethic have transformed him to a source of pride in the Glendoran community. Having an Armenian background and an extensive history with Mediterranean cuisine has helped him flourish and deliver great quality products consistently over the years. He spent his younger years helping his father run shawerma restaurants both in Kuwait and in Beirut, Lebanon, though he’d always wanted to delve into the world of pastries. With the support and encouragement of his wife, Rafi progressively became involved in the world of pastry after running several successful Middle-Eastern restaurants in California. The transition proved to be a blessing for customers near and far, local and international. His ability to guage different components from sweetness levels to aromas to picking the best ingredients have created an array of delicacies that are bound to leave anybody craving for more pastries.
